Marketing and Newsletters

Our marketing mailing lists are controlled using Mailchimp and in order to comply with GDPR regulations we use what is known as a ‘double opt in’. This means that on signing up from our site you will receive an email from Mailchimp asking you to confirm that you have agreed that we can contact you. We share your contact information with Mailchimp, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf. Purchases

Our credit and debit payment processing is currently accomplished through Stripe, Inc., a third-party processing service (stripe.com) that allows us to accept your payment online. Your data may be stored through Squarespace's and/or Stripe's data storage, databases, and the general Squarespace or Stripe application.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data.  Your data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  Your purchase transaction data should be stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.  After that is complete, your purchase transaction information should be deleted.
